This light and refreshing jicama apple pear slaw is a perfect summer dessert. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup and seasoned with cinnamon.
In a large bowl combine shredded jicama, apples, and pear.
In a separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Add the mixture to the slaw and toss to coat. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
