This rich and creamy tofu ranch dressing is healthy, easy and simple to make. It can be used as a dip, spread or a mayonnaise. Made with silken tofu, fresh parsley and spices.
Yield: About 1.5 cups
Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust salt if desired.
Refrigerate before serving. Serve over salad, with crackers or veggies.
If you prefer more of a liquidy dressing, add about 1/4 cup of plant-based milk.
