This quick and easy party perfect spinach-artichoke dip is full of flavor and delicious. Serve it in a bread bowl, fresh pita bread or even veggies.

  • Step 1

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in spinach and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, squeeze out the excess moisture.

  • Step 2

    In a food processor add cashews, tofu, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Transfer tofu mixture to a large nonstick pan, stir in spinach and artichoke. Mix until dip is heated through. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with smoked paprika. Serve warm.
