Step by Step method

  • Step 1

    In a heated non-stick pan add sliced onions, mustard seeds, garlic and a little bit of water. Start sautéing on low heat until onions are clear.

    Add sweet potato, chickpeas, smoked paprika, chili, salt, pepper, and water. Stir, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  • Step 3

    Once potatoes are cooked, add fresh spinach, cover and simmer for another minute until spinach is wilted. Serve warm.
