This easy to make and delicious orange chocolate tapioca pudding is so amazing! It is sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with a hint of orange.
In a saucepan, bring the plant milk to a boil.
Once boiling turn the heat to low, and add in tapioca granules. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until tapioca is transparent, stirring often.
Remove tapioca from heat. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and orange extract and stir with a whisk until blended.
Pour into glass cups and refrigerate for two hours. Stir well before serving.
